Our Founder, Ron Blankenship, got his start as a furniture refinisher and restorer, having learned his skills from a master craftsman. Later he worked for the local Ethan Allen Gallery and helped to set up their service department. One day a customer asked if he would restore their kitchen cabinets. Doubtful at first, Ron nonetheless took on the job and found that his furniture restoration skills were just as applicable to cabinetry. Over time, Ron perfected a technique that allowed him to restore cabinets in-place and, as the old saying goes, the rest is history. Ron has since passed his skills on to his son Brandon who has been working with us since he was a young boy. Today, the business continues to be a family-owned and operated company serving our customers with superior service that has been our hallmark for 50 years.
